Conergy SunTop III raises the standard for PV Mounting Systems

10 August 2007

Conergy introduces the Conergy SunTop III photovoltaic (PV) mounting system to the Australian market.Conergy SunTop III provides a unique framed module racking solution for flush-mount, pitched roof PV installations. The system has been designed to simplify all aspects of mounting system design, ordering, handling, stocking, and installation. This comprehensive approach to mounting systems delivers efficiencies across business functions of a typical PV installation business, and thus creates more value than a simple hardware solution.Conergy SunTop III is available to order immediately.

The Conergy SunTop III system is used to mount framed solar PV modules to building roof structures. Unique system features include: Quickstone technology, which simplifies all rail connections and attachments; Telescope technology provides adjustable length end rails, eliminating the need to cut rails at the jobsite; and exclusive roof attachments designed for simpler, faster installations on various types of tile roofs. All of these components work together to reduce the time and effort required for any given installation.

The Certified Sizing Tool automates the design process, and produces International Building Code (IBC) compliant systems. The Certified Sizing Tool also produces an exact bill of materials needed for each system, speeding the ordering and end-user billing processes. The engineered design limits the number of components to simplify inventory, and the maximum ten foot rail size greatly eases product shipping, handling, and logistics. The Conergy SunTop III is a 3rd generation product tailored to meet the specific needs of the Australian market.Originally engineered in Germany, it has been field-tested for the past 10 years.
