Conergy supports Earth Hour 2009 concert

Conergy was a proud supporter of Earth Hour‘s signature event this year, which was held at Federation Square in Melbourne. Conergy supplied the Future Spark trailer with a Conergy solar array and inverters. The future spark trailer powered the Earth Hour concert by pedal and solar power in the Future Spark Team Challenge.

Held at Federation Square on Saturday March 28th from 6:30pm, the concert was a FREE public event. The concert featured the well known Melbourne-based indie band Augie March, as well as featuring the one-off ‘Earth Hour Superband’! Artists such as Kram (Spiderbait), Chris Cheney (The Living End), Ash Naylor (Even), and Wally Meanie (The Meanies) entertained the night away.

Future Spark's Earth Hour project ran for a full week from Monday 23rd to Saturday 28th of March.
